Five war veterans are against this programme, and in their application filed at the High Court on Thursday, Joseph Chinguwa, Godfrey Gurira, Joseph Chinyangare, Reuben Zulu, Digmore Ndiya and the War Veterans Pressure Group argue that the selling of agricultural land as envisaged in the land tenure implementation programme is a breach of Constitution.
