SOUTH African Afro-pop group, Mafikozolo, will no longer perform at the Buddie Beatz Concert scheduled for July 5, 2026, in Victoria Falls, the Daily News reveals.
Although there was no official confirmation, well-placed sources said the decision may be linked to security concerns.
Buddie Beatz — a brand of Econet Wireless Zimbabwe — has since taken down all its social media posts relating to the group’s performance at the event.
The Daily News can also reveal that the concert will go ahead as planned — with the rest of the artistes on the lineup remaining on course to perform at the event, after the Econet Victoria Falls Marathon.
