In a letter dated February 19 2025 addressed to the ministry of Local Government and ZMSA, the permanent secretary in the ministry of Health, Aspect Maunganidze, stated that adopting public mobile toilets would enhance sanitation and hygiene services at functions and areas with high human traffic.
