A HARARE magistrate has cancelled an administrative warrant of arrest issued to Li song on 20 August 2024 when she was sick while her lawyer tendered a sick note on the same day proving that she was not in wilful default.
Lisong is alleging that documents from the registrar revealed that she appointed Francesco Marconati as director of dgl9 on sep 18 2020 and on Feb 20 2023, he forged company documents and appointed his son Alexandro as director of dgl9 and also removed Li song as company director and secretary.
Marconati is accusing Li song of defaulting zimra 40,000 usd by misrepresenting dgl9 to apply for duty rebate for chemicals including Cynide and hydraulic lime for the company’s gold processing plant.
However Lisong is alleging that Marconati blocked the deliveries from the supplier and transporters into the mine and fabricated the story and sent his good friend zacc Bulawayo investigation officer william adam to arrest her after she attended the court as the complainant on the other case of State vs Marconati sometime in May 2024.
Li song demonstrates that she applied for duty free certificate for the chemicals on Nov 8 2022 when she was still the company director even according to the fraudulent cr6 marconati and his son forged. Li song reported the fraud case to the Borrowdale police station on 15 February 2024 and ironically zacc came to arrest her in May 2024 which is 3 months after her report while Zacc investigating officer knows very well that there is Marconatis’ criminal case in which the State filed evidence provided by the registrar.
Zacc William adm had been humiliating and victimizing pps and magistrates in public and zrp investigation officers who had been performing their duties on investigating Francesco Marconati’s criminal cases.
