THE Kadoma-based Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa School of Nursing is set to enrol its pioneer students this May.

The intake is for a Diploma in nurse training, and applicants are expected to have a maximum of two O-Level sittings.

“Applications for the three-year diploma nurse training are invited by Muduvuri Pan African Hospital for its newly opened school. The passes should have been obtained from not more than two sittings with original certificates. Examination result slips are not accepted, and use of fake certificates is a serious criminal offense,” read the statement.

“Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa School of Nursing applicants should be suitably qualified holders of a minimum of five Ordinary Level subjects with a grade C or better pass. This must include English Language and a Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Integrated Science, Physical Science, Combined Science, or Physics). The other three should exclude practical subjects such as Fashion and Fabrics, Metal Work, Technical Graphics, Art, Woodwork, Physical Education, and Building.”

The school stated that candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age by the commencement date of May 5, 2026.

“Application letters must be submitted no later than March 30, 2026, at Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa School of Nursing and addressed to the Medical Superintendent. For shortlisted candidates, the following should be presented at the interview: Original and certified copies of Birth Certificate, National Identity Card, Ordinary Level Certificates, and Marriage Certificate where applicable.

“Applicants should bring two passport-sized photos with their name at the back. Physical verification of original academic and identification certificates will be conducted on the day of interviews,” the statement read.

“Verification of original certificates will be done by Zimsec for successful candidates, who must also provide a recommendation letter from the headmaster of the last secondary school attended.”

Meanwhile, the school stressed it would not tolerate corruption in the recruitment process. “Only candidates who meet the recruitment criteria will be shortlisted. No third parties have been requested to recruit on behalf of Muduvuri Pan African Hospital,” the statement read further.
