Wozhele’s brother-in-law Leonard Gubwe, said the late newspaperman had been taken ill at Parirenyatwa hospital on Wednesday evening.

“He called me on Wednesday, saying he was having challenges with flu. His wife later phoned me, advising me that Godfrey had been admitted at Parirenyatwa hospital, where he was placed on oxygen. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead today (yesterday) morning.”
