THE Netherlands-based songbird, choreographer and dancer, Vimbai Zimuto, is set to drop a music video on YouTube titled Handigone on Thursday starring South Africa-based actor, comedian and voice artist Leroy Gopal.
The songstress, Zimuto who led social media into a meltdown when she posted her nudes, wrote on her social media that she is dropping a love music video.
“Handigone simply means I cannot, meaning who would want to manage life without that special heartbreak,” Zimuto posted.
The video was directed by Andy Cutta Films and it features Zimbabwe-born actor Gopal best known for his starring role as Thabang Ngema on the SABC3 drama series One Way from 2006-2007.
Gopal’s first television appearance was in a Zimbabwean television show called Paraffin when he was seven.
Following that, Gopal had his first leading role in the soccer movie Yellow Card and he has also acted in numerous other television series that include the SABC1 drama series Home affairs, Jozi-H, Hola Mpinji and the soapie Backstage not forgetting the role of Jackson Gorgeous he played in Generations.
Apart from acting Gopal runs his own small company Creation Station Entertainment where he focuses on corporate training and skills development.
Zimuto was last year nominated for the Zimbabwe Music Awards under the Best Alternative category.
She shot to stardom thanks to her track Hapana Kwaunoenda which featured x-rated scenes.
