First Mutual Properties donates to Xtreme Trans Foundation Orphanage, Goromonzi

IN a profound gesture of community support and sustainable development, First Mutual Properties, through its real estate arm, Oyster Real Estate, made a much needed donation of solar panels, lithium batteries, roof repair materials, and bedding to the XTREME Trans Foundation Orphanage in Goromonzi.

The orphanage is one of the recipients of an initiative by the Fairy Patch Foundation, an NGO whose primary focus is to assist orphanages with clean energy water, and other requisite support.

Group Marketing and Strategy Executive, Farayi Mangwende said the donation underscores First Mutual Properties’ unwavering commitment to fostering social responsibility and enhancing the quality of life within the communities it serves.

“Recognising the critical role of reliable and sustainable energy, the provided solar kits will ensure uninterrupted power supply, greatly benefiting the daily operations and safety of the orphanage.

“This effort is part of a broader strategy by the entire First Mutual Holdings Limited group to integrate sustainability into the core of our business practices and to impact the environment positively. By equipping the XTREME Trans Foundation Orphanage with these essential resources, First Mutual Properties aims to create a nurturing and supportive environment for the children, helping them to thrive despite the challenges they face,” said Mangwende.
