Buzani Nyathi, 23, appeared before Bulawayo regional magistrate Dambudzo Malunga where he was convicted and sentenced for contravening Section 45 (1) (b) of the Parks and Wildlife Act Chapter 20:14 which prohibits possession of skins of protected species without a permit.
