ANXIOUS Zimbabweans are praying that they will be spared the worst, following the weekend outbreak of the deadly coronavirus, which has killed thousands of people around the world, the Daily News on Sunday reports.

THE Health and Child Care ministry has started distributing antiretroviral drugs (ARVs) in preparation for the deadly coronavirus outbreak that has so far claimed 2 461 lives and infected 79 930 globally.

HEALTH and Child Care minister Obadiah Moyo yesterday revealed that Zimbabwe now has 300 testing kits for the 2019 Novel coronavirus, which the World Health Organisation says is now officially referred to as COVID-19.
