HARARE – In what will be the biggest dance party, the Dance Association of Zimbabwe (Daz) will on Tuesday night delight audiences when they show their dancing skills.
The all-night gala set for Harare’s City Sports Bar will comprise 45 dance acts that are registered with Daz.
The dance fiesta bill includes pole dancing, led by sexy dancers Bev and Zoey.
Every time these two divas share the stage, there are fireworks as both want to outdo each other.
With both dancers enjoying massive support from nightclubs, tonight audiences within the city will have the chance to see them perform live.
Daz director Harpers Mapimhidze said the dance gigs will be punctuated with dancing competitions and prizes would be given to the best dancers.
“There will be dance synergies from across the country as groups will share the stage and parade their prowess,” said Harpers.
The dance association director said his association is taking dance to another level.
“Dance is surely taking to a level that is bringing food to the tables of those taking part. Imagine that we are engaging 45 dance groups for this fiesta, hence the employment of several artists.”
Harpers said the event will also mark the association’s four years in existence.
“We will also be celebrating our fourth anniversary as an association of dancers. There is a lot to celebrate and we are happy with the way it has been going so far.”
